We offer legal consultancy services to our client as requested by the client. The subjective scope of the area of providing consultancy includes (but not limited to) issues of civil law, commercial law, human rights, gender related laws, investment laws, intellectual property law, cyber law, labour laws etc. The legal consultancy service is provided by the expert team of the firm upon the written request of the potential clients.
Legal Representation
We represent our clients in all legal matters on and off the court procedure. The firm represents client in all legal proceeding whether it be formal or informal nature of representation. We also represent the clients in court proceeding, meetings, negotiations and when deemed necessary. The nature of legal representation of the client shall be discussed in the retainer agreement of the client with our firm. Broadly, we represent our client and clients interest in reassuring manner.
Advisory Service
We provide advisory services in the legal matters as requested by the clients. The advisory service may be short term service (i.e. legal opinion) or long term engagement of the client with us.
