Prabin Subedi

Subedi is a practicing lawyer with more than 10 years of experience in legal field having special aptitude in dealing with numerous cases related to contracts, foreign investment, legal person’s compliances, legal risk management, family laws and criminal cases. He has established a legacy of accomplishment and integrity. Mr. Subedi has completed his LL.M studies in Information Communication Technology Law from the University of Oslo, Norway (under Norwegian Government’s Scholarship). He has acquired his LL.B degree from Kathmandu School of Law, Purbanchal University, 2012. He has been decorated with national award of ‘Nepal Bidhyapadak Ga’, 2014 from the President of Nepal for being topper of his university. His outstanding performance in Bar Council Exam (2012) was recognized being decorated with Nepal Bar Council Award, 2012 from Chief Justice of Nepal. He was also decorated with ‘NeLSA Emerging Lawyer of the Year’, 2016 by Nepalese Law Students Association.
Mr. Subedi, Founding Partner of Paramount Legal Advisory Services is a practicing lawyer representing many clients in all tier of the court in Nepal and legal advisor various corporate entities of Nepal. Mr. Subedi has continuously assisted number of clients in criminal issues, trial, civil disputes, labor disputes, commercial dispute, and company compliances. Further, he has been involved in various transactional matters representing local as well as international clients and successfully negotiated numerous complex transactional matters for and on behalf of local and international clients.
Mr. Subedi is also a member of teaching faculty in Kathmandu School of Law. Mr. Subedi has taken an initiative and filed number of pro bono Public Interest Litigation cases in Supreme Court of Nepal. Anurag holds an LL.M. degree on Rule of Law for Development (PROLAW) from Loyola University Chicago as a Gates scholar under Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. He is currently working as an associate and founding member on Paramount Legal Advisory Services. In 2011, he began his career as a Program Officer in American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative (ABAROLI), Nepal Country Office. As a program officer, he has worked on the contemporary and emerging issues vis-à-vis human rights such as witness protection, combating human trafficking, forensic capacity building in the context of transitional justice and human rights accountability funded by U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Human Rights, Democracy and Labor, Office to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons, and Humanity United. He has also worked as a consultant in Jagaran Media Centre and represented program and policy making committee on Law Students Society. He has recently finished his internship at Human Rights Institute at International Bar Association’s office in London.
Barun Ghimire

Barun holds a Joint Master’s degree in Human Rights Practice [Recipient of Prestigious Erasmus Mundus Scholarship] from University of Roehampton (UK), University of Goteborg (Sweden) and University of Tromso (Norway), LL.B degree from Kathmandu School of Law and a B.A Degree from Tribhuvan University. Mr. Ghimire is currently working as a human rights lawyer in a leading non-governmental organization in Nepal and is involved as part time faculty in member in Department of conflict, peace and development studies, Tribhuvan University. Mr. Ghimire has served as National Consultant for various NGOs. Mr. Ghimire has represented Nepal in various national and international forums and holds several awards in his name. Because of his extensive abilities, Mr. Ghimire has earned a pre-eminent recognition among his peers.
Subash Pathak

Mr. Pathak is a young practicing legal professional who has completed his LL.B from Kathmandu School of Law and has his BA degree from Tribhuwan University. He leads the Corporate Department of the firm. He has a practicing experience of more than 8 years in commercial law and litigation and has extensive experience in corporate law, foreign direct investment, joint ventures, merger and acquisitions, intellectual property law, national and transnational taxation. He has been involved in conducting various legal due diligence, foreign loan investment, franchise agreement, share transfer, drafting legal opinions and other diverse commercial matters. Binaya Rimal

Mr. Rimal is a young practicing lawyer who is currently pursuing his LL.M from Purwanchal University. He completed his LL.B from Nepal Law Campus and has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from Tribhuwan University. His expertise lies in drafting legal document and processing those documents as and when required for final submission. His ability to accomplish the procedural requirement in governmental offices is one of the assets of the firm. Ritesh Poudyal

Mr. Poudyal has been working as an Associate in the firm since 2017. Mr. Poudyal holds an LL.M. degree from Purwanchal University.
